There is not enough tequila in Mexico...

Uh, yeah. So I get this email today about a Poodle contest. I think it is going to be interesting, because I like animals. I enjoy watching the Westminster Dog Show, and that other show that highlights cats and all of the different breeds.

As much as I like watching for the animals, I must admit that I get some weird pleasure from seeing how nutty the owners of these animals are. It's like pageant moms - but with cats and dogs. Eerily entertaining.

However, this is NOT. This poodle contest is more like an ethnic hair show. I am appalled that people are allowed to do this to their poor dogs. And even more appalled that there is a team of judges who decide which horrific theme will be the winner. And then, the owners dress up with the dog for judging.

There is not enough tequila in Mexico that would make me ever think about doing this to a poor poodle. As you browse below, keep in mind these are all poodles. I've listed the titles that came with the pictures.

All I can say is... WTF?
