Culinary Throwdown Reminder!

A friendly reminder to all blog peeps across the universe, the Culinary Throwdown Challenge is coming up! On Wednesday, March 10 post your entry on your blog and come back here to say "I'm up." The only requirement is to use the host chosen ingredient. And since that's me, I chose pepperoni. A winner will be chosen a few days later, and that person will choose the date and ingredient for the next challenge. Now, I'm not totally sure who the judge will be - either MOI or myself. I still need to get with her and work out the details. Moi?? watcha think?

The addition to this particular Culinary Throwdown Challenge is to "show us your kitchen." additional points will be awarded!



Now, I know this isn't the easiest thing in the world to incorporate into dishes, but I picked it because I like pepperoni, and I'm looking for new ideas of how to use it in my cooking adventures. So, I'm hoping to see things other than a pasta and pizza. Will we see pepperoni infused vodka from Boxer Doll or Monsieur Troll? Goodness, I hope not. Anyway, all are encouraged to participate. And ma? Get your husband to whoop up something, take some pics about it and post it up!
